Eligibility*

1. The program is open to qualified teachers and veterans who are new or existing residential fiber, at all levels of service.
2. Teachers – All current school employees at K-12 and higher-ed levels are eligible. A form of validation is required to receive the $10/mo credit and revalidation is required annually to maintain eligibility.
3. Veterans – Both active and retired military are qualified to receive the discount for the life of their account. No revalidation is required to continue to receive the credit and the credit is non-transferable to other members of the household.
4. The Teacher/Military $10 monthly credit may not be combined with other promotional discounts.

Validation*

1. New customers must email an image of acceptable form of validation (either proof of school employment, military ID, or DD214) to sales@berrycomm.org to be received by the BerryComm support team to complete the validation. If validated at time of sale the customer will receive a $10 monthly credit on their bill. If validated at a later date, up to 30 days after the sale, the customer will receive credit on their bill starting with the next billing cycle.
2. Eligible current customers may enroll by calling or emailing our support team at: (765) 553-5494 or sales@berrycomm.org.
3. Teachers – Acceptable forms of validation of proof of school employment include 1) an image of a school ID, 2) image of a paycheck stub with personal information concealed. Revalidation is required on an annual basis to maintain eligibility.
4. Veterans – An image of a military ID or DD214 form is acceptable for validation.
